The purpose of these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “GCU”) is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which LX CHASSEUR IMMOBILIER LDA (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) makes the site www.tagusnovo.com and its services available, and to define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the services by “the User”.
Any registration or use of the site implies the user’s acceptance without reservation or restriction of these GCU. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these GCU by ticking the box before the following text: “I acknowledge having read and understood the GCU and I accept them”.
In the event of non-acceptance of the GCU stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site. The site reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTC at any time.

The host of the www.tagusnovo.com website is the company Digital Ocean, whose head office is located in Amsterdam in the Netherlands and the website is developed by the company SFPH LDA based in Portugal.
ARTICLE 2: ACCESS TO THE SITE
The site allows the User free access to the following services
-Information on real estate programs for sale in Portugal
-Prices of new homes in Portugal
-Comparison of new housing developments in Portugal
-Information on the new housing market in Portugal
All of the company’s activities and information are presented on the site. The Company endeavours to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. The information on the site is not exhaustive and the photos are not contractual. It is given subject to modifications having been made since it was put online. Furthermore, all information on the site is given as an indication, and is likely to change or evolve without notice.
The site is accessible free of charge at any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense.
As a rule, the User is not required to provide personal data in order to visit the www.tagusnovo.com website. However, this principle includes certain exceptions. Indeed, for certain services offered by the site, the User may be required to communicate certain data such as: surnames, first names, e-mail, and telephone number. This is the case when the User fills in the form offered online, in the “contact” section. In all cases, the User may refuse to provide his personal data. In this case, he/she will not be able to use all the services of the site, in particular that of requesting information on the company, the real estate programmes or to receive the newsletters.
The non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. To do so, they must register by filling in the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information concerning his civil status and contact details, in particular his e-mail address. In order to access the services, the User must then identify himself/herself using his/her login and password which will be communicated to him/her after registration.
Any User member who is regularly registered may also request to be removed from the list by going to the dedicated page on his personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time. Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of www.tagusnovo.com. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

Personal data will remain confidential and will not be shared in any way, except with TAGUS NOVO franchisees, network partners (promoters/partners) to meet the User’s needs when registering or with explicit authorisation from the User.
The rights of the user:
Finally, we may automatically collect certain information about the User when browsing the website, including: information about the use of the site, such as the areas visited and the services accessed, his IP address, the type of browser, his access time. Such information is used exclusively for internal statistical purposes, in order to improve the quality of the services offered.

The TAGUS NOVO brand is a registered trademark of LX CHASSEUR IMMOBILIER LDA. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or exploitation of this brand, in whole or in part, of any kind whatsoever, is totally prohibited.
The User must request prior authorisation from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents. The user undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly forbidden. Any total or partial representation of this site by any means whatsoever without the express authorisation of the website operator would constitute an infringement sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code. It is reminded in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies or publishes the protected content must cite the author and his source.
